The Shaw Gallery at Weber State University is pleased to present Coincidences at the Dumke Arts Plaza in downtown Ogden. Utilizing the poetics of visual imagery, sound and choreographed movement, the work of jo Blake and Cam Mcleod mines the depths of the human experience, and reminds us of our individual and collective resilience.

Inspired by the concepts of sensory stimulation and how this may benefit inter/intrapersonal relationships, this performance focuses on the personal connection of radical self-love and clarity of voice discovered by experiencing trauma. Plunging, swirling, and diving amongst the complications of today’s social issues, this dance invites the ever-changing, coordinated, and repeated murmurs of individual growth and change.
