Indigenous Art Market at the Natural History Museum of Utah
October 8 @ 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
An event every day that begins at 10:00 AM, repeating until October 10, 2022
It’s NHMU’S 9th Annual Indigenous Art Market, featuring 39 Native American Artists from 13 Tribal Nations and five states, who will show their painting, pottery, jewelry, textiles, photography, leatherwork, beadwork, sculpture, and fetishes.
This year’s lively market includes extra on-site programming, including music, dance performances, Navajo basket weaving, a demonstration by Hopi Artist-in-Residence Jessica Wiarda, and hands-on activities for families.
The Indigenous Art Market is open to the public, with special interest for families, shoppers, and art collectors. Museum admission required.
