Subject: Featured Artists at Local Colors
Local Colors of Utah Art Gallery presents a new artist exhibit entitled “Turn of the Tide.” This show features the Internationally-known, award winning photography of Susan Cramer Stein.
Susan’s goal is to transmit the truth of nature and her subjects, freezing in time its ever-changing beauty, catching the perfect light, patiently waiting for the best (or worst) weather. Nothing is added or hidden in post-production. The landscapes are shot just the way they are at that very moment. All the efforts, the endless hours spent waiting for a single shot, are giving their fruits. “Please enjoy this view of the world through my lens.”
Susan Cramer Stein specializes in fine art prints, primarily landscapes, wildlife and human interest. Her work can be seen and purchased at the SeaWorthy Gallery located on Hatteras Island in the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina, Absolutely Outer Banks in Duck and Nags Head, NC, the Tuscarawas Center for the Arts in OH and most recently at the Local Colors Gallery in Sugarhouse, UT. Her photographs can be found in private collections across the country. A native of Ohio, Susan now resides in Utah, with her husband, Scott, and their Whippet, Jesse, and three parrots.
“Turn of the Tide” opens October 19th with an evening reception and runs through November 13th.
