Wild Winter Women’s Retreat in Lava Hot Springs

Venture out to 2.5 private acres in snowy mountains to soak in the historic hot springs and drink from the deep well of life in a meaningful respite among kindred spirits. This meaningful retreat is facilitated by a mental health therapist, yoga teacher and meditation teacher with 15+ years experience and includes guest instruction with a recreation therapist, yoga teacher, and conscious breathwork facilitator with 20+ years experience.
