#WomenRunSaltLakeCity: Spin at Mcycle Studios

To celebrate Women’s History Month in March, we’re highlighting some of the amazing women-owned local businesses throughout Salt Lake City during the month of March.

Join us for a spin class at Mcycle Studios and get to meet the owner, Megan Tyrell. Each event attendee with get a Yelp swag bag and a juice from The Juice Shop in Salt Lake City.

Mcycle is a 45-minute indoor cycling class that features high-intensity, rhythm-based cardio, and muscle-sculpting strength training. In addition to being a killer workout – it’s a powerful mind-body experience.

The Juice Shop is a new women-owned, community inspired neighborhood juicery and wellness destination in Salt Lake City’s Maven District.

Millcreek Nutrition makes delicious, nutritious and affordable meal replacement shakes, waffles, and healthy energy drinks.
