For the past 20 years SLUG Magazine has hosted Utah’s largest amatuer ski and board competion, bringing hundreds of locals together. SLUG Games gives the opprotunity to young skiers and snowboards to compete in amateur competion for a chance to showcase their skills and talents. SLUG Games has served as an early stomping ground for established pros like Bode Merrill, Stevie Bell, Sean Black, Ted Borland and Gabby Maiden as well as up- and-comers like Tucker Fitzsimons. Our 20th year will remain FREE of registration fees for competitors’. Skiing and snowboarding categoires include; Men and Women’s Open Ski, Men and Women’s Open Snow, Men and Women’s Ski 17 & Under, Men and Women’s Snow 17 & Under. With 26 categories to win from throughtout the event, there are loads of chances to win something from our amazing sponsors. This season, SLUG Games will consist of one competition at Brighton Mountain Resort on March 7, 2020.

On Saturday, Feb. 15, folks flocked by the dozens to the wintry slopes of Brighton Resort for the 2014 SLUG Games Goes Postal Presented by Scion. Held at the base of the Milly lift, colorful sponsor tents flapped in the morning breeze as SLUG staffers and the Brighton Park Crew put the finishing touches on the course.
