Samskaras & Neuropathways: Learning how to rewire your brain towards a positive approach-based orientation

Samskaras, or neuropathways, are patterns or groves in our brain structure that inform who we think we are and how we respond to the world. Sometimes these pathways keep us in patterns of negative thinking or fear-based reactions. We’ll explore neuropathways through the lens of both Eastern philosophy and Western neuroscience and psychology. Then we’ll look at how they were formed and how you can rewire them using mindfulness practices.
