Encircle SLC Pride Carnival
Pride Carnival participation is free and open to everyone. It is full of games like Air Hockey, Skee Ball, Ring Toss, and more. There will also be a picnic area for you to do arts and crafts, a cooling station, and prizes. We’re also excited to host a Gender Affirming Closet with a runway hosted by Jazzmine Pike, a Really Free Market hosted by Salt Lake City Mutual Aid, and Hair Tinsel by Paul Mitchell Salt Lake. Come and get to know local queer artists and curators. Each vendor provides hand crafted art. Some vendors donate their proceeds to mutual aid. So even if you can’t buy art, we encourage you to get to know them and learn how we can support or share the work of queer artists and mutual aid work.
Pride Carnival is a space where you can get to know important resources and how they intersect with the queer identity. Whether you or your loved ones need resources, we hope that you can find meaninful engagement with resources that help serve our community and its many needs.
