It’s that time of year again! We are partnering with Community Nursing Services to offer walk-in vaccines for the seasonal flu and COVID-19 (Moderna). As an added bonus, everyone who receives a vaccine at the clinic will also receive a $5 gift card that can be used in the bookstore or cafe!
The vaccine will be billed to insurance. Please bring a current government-issued photo ID and insurance card. Out-of-pocket costs for uninsured attendees is $35 per dose for flu shots and $150 per dose for COVID shots.
Community Nursing Services in contracted to directly bill the following insurance: Aetna, Ameriben, Blue Cross, Cigna, Direct Care Administrators, DMBA, Educators Mutual (EMI), GEHA, Meritain, Molina, Molina Marketplace, MotivHealth, Oxford Health Plan, PEHP, Select Health, Tall Tree Administrators, Tricare, UMR, United Health Care, UUHP, Surest, WISE Network, CHIP, Utah Medicaid, Medicare Part B, and most Medicare Advantage Plans.
Donations for this event can be made on our website or in-store and will go towards any uninsured attendees. Any donation money unused after the event will go to Under the Umbrella Bookstore. Please contact hello@undertheumbrellabookstore.com with any questions.
This event is otherwise free to attend. The venue is wheelchair accessible and masks are required and provided. Please reach out with any accessibility requests!
