Community art-build with Kill Joy for the “Fire in the Womb” large puppet installation at Ogden Contemporary Arts, from 4-6pm.
Join RECLAMATION visiting artist, Kill Joy, to learn about community empowerment through social movements—and explore how we can transform anger into collective power. Kill Joy will lead FREE, public workshops at Ogden Contemporary Arts, inviting participants to engage creative approaches to issues including global corruption, capitalism, land rights, and organized community labor working to dismantle these systems.
Come ready to collaborate, connect, and practice creative resistance. Together, we will paint the urgent issues of our times set within burning flames, as a prayer for a more just and loving future rising from the ashes.
