10th Annual White Mesa Ute Community Spiritual Walk and Protest against Energy Fuels’ uranium mill/dump...

Join the Ute Mountain Ute White Mesa Community and the White Mesa Concerned Community in their annual spiritual walk and protest against the only operating uranium mill in the country.

This annual event stands against uranium extraction, uranium milling, and radiation exposure to our lands and our communities.

Join tribal leaders, advocates, and allies for a full day event beginning at 11 am MDT at the White Mesa Community Center for a 5.5 mile walk down the only highway through the community to the gates of the only uranium mill in the country.

No RSVP required, but please join us! Hotel accommodations in Blanding, Bluff, and Moab with plenty of amazing camping opportunities nearby. Please bring water and food with a small lunch to be provided after. You are welcome to bring food and snacks to support those walking as well.
