Saturday the 12th of March, I headed up to Snowbird in the sunshine to join in with countless others in watching the Free-ski World Tour final stop, on Silver Fox, for the semi finals. With perfect snow and sunshine the competitors were going big and not going home. Plenty of huge airs, fat slashes and even a few slippy spinnies were seen off the natural features Silver Fox had to offer. 15 men and 10 women moved onto the qualifiers the next day on North Baldy, with Angel Collinson taking first for the ladies and Drew Tabke taking it for the men. It was an awesome day with the crowd having just as much, if not more fun, than the skiers. Photos by Max Lowe.
