Don’t Apologize is an alt-rock project comprised of Chloe Halls, Zach Aldous, Cameron Woolf, Zach Novak and Eric Stoye. Their name is their motto: do not apologize for existing; when you over-apologize, it loses its meaning. Their music is inspired by what’s happening in the world around them and how they feel in their own lives, whether that be haunted by ghosts or like a “bruised banana.” Stream their episode of SLUG Soundwaves to hear how they came together as a band and listen to their single “Expectations,” a defiance against living up to someone’s idealistic expectations of you.
