Dylan Almond and Jill Whit are the electro-pop duo, Brutalust. Inspired by local bands Musor and Fiig, they just want to make people dance. Their music is difficult to define, but if they had to, they’d call it “Happy music for sad people.” With Dylan’s ability to drop a good beat and Jill’s songwriting skills, the result is beautiful. Catch them at Portals Music Festival to hear the release of their debut, First Come!
